To protect the integrity of the ritual, the time reserved for each client, and the quality of care, please review the policies below before booking.

Booking Policy

Appointments must be booked in advance through the site. Please ensure you select the correct ritual, pathway, or membership option before confirming your appointment.

Core Ritual Policy

Core Rituals are offered in two formats: Express Ritual and Full Ritual. Please book the ritual length that best matches the time and level of care you’re seeking.

Exalted Ritual Consultation Policy

All Exalted Rituals require consultation, and consultation is included in treatment time. Please arrive prepared to discuss your skin history, current routine, contraindications, and treatment goals.

Package Redemption Policy

Packaged Ritual redemptions apply to Full Rituals only. Express Rituals are not eligible for package redemption unless otherwise stated.

Membership Policy

Sick Society is a recurring monthly membership billed at $150/month and includes:

1 personalized ritual per month

1 amplifier per month

member pricing on Exalted Rituals

priority booking

25% off retail

Membership benefits reset each billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled with adequate notice may be rescheduled according to studio discretion. Late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeited deposit.

Late Arrival Policy

Late arrival may shorten your ritual time in order to protect the next client’s booking window. Full service may not be guaranteed if you arrive late.

No-Show Policy

Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be charged a fee and may be required to prepay for future bookings.

Retail Policy

Retail purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Sick Society members receive 25% off retail on eligible products.

Right to Refuse Service

For safety, results, and ethical practice, treatment may be modified, postponed, or declined if contraindications are present.
